Executive Chef

Iconic NYC Steakhouse is searching for a Executive Chef to provide culinary direction and leadership for a team of 60+ cooks and chefs in preparing 700-1000 covers a day. Work closely with the Director of Operations in managing kitchen operations, training and supervising kitchen staff to create exceptional quality of food, while actively managing the financial goals of the kitchen operation, maintaining the kitchen service standards, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences. This role requires overseeing daily operations, addressing any kitchen issues promptly, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety. The successful candidate will be a strong expediter and an even stronger trainer. They will live by the motto that happy employees make for happy guests.
