Head Merchant

Thriving food retailer seeks Senior Merchant responsible for developing strategies and priorities for 5 categories (grocery, dairy, frozen, cheese and raw ingredients).  They will work closely with Retail Teams, practice ownership of the P&L and business strategy, foster strong relationships with vendors, develop marketing plans, partner with supply chain to maintain inventory health, drive growth and provide leadership to the merchandising team.  This position is 100% in-person.
