Director of Human Resources

Family owned retail group in NYC who is looking for an HR leader.  With multiple units in the NY Metro area, there are 1000 employees most of whom are non-exempt.  The 8 person HR team is great, with Generalists,  Trainer, Recruiters and a Benefits person.  The culture of the company is still evolving and a strong HR person who can stand their ground is crucial. Strong communications skills, a strategic focus and strength in recruitment and training are required.
