The successful candidate will have multi-unit HR experience with strengths in training and compensation, a desire to create a people-focused culture and a passion for leadership and team building. An out of the box thinker is needed to help this group. Prior experience in retail, hospitality or food is required. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to multi-task, a hands-on approach and the ability to bounce back after hitting your head against the wall, this is the new role for you.
