Up and coming Facilities Management Company is growing their Midwest and East Coast divisions and looking for a Vice Presidents to oversee $30M in revenues across multiple states.
The successful candidate will have prior multi-unit facilities management experience driving P&L, overseeing financial reporting, taking ownership of the business, hiring and developing their team and building long lasting relationships with clients. A sales minded and growth focused leadership mentality is required, but you must still be able to manage growth and execute services with effective customer service capability. The experience and skill set to manage sales and operations lines, experience in a B2B services platform managing self-performing labor resources, a technology aptitude with CRM systems and a background in managing performance metrics based analytics and financial reporting are all strongly desired.
