Senior Compensation Analyst
Experienced analyst needed to administer compensation programs for base pay, variable pay, and areas of executive compensation while ensuring that consistent, equitable and competitive programs and practices are maintained. The successful candidate will also serve as a consultant to business partners and leaders on broad based compensation policies and procedures. This position reports to the Corporate Compensation Manager. Experience with HCM solutions and equity plan management software, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) and/or Lean Six Sigma Training are preferred.
