Working Executive Chef sought for pre-opening 200 seat fine dining restaurant restaurant looking to re-define this dining segment.  Work closely with the General Manager to create a comfortable, yet upscale dining experience where flavors are coaxed from the highest quality, freshest ingredients in a brand new kitchens.   Successful candidate must have background in a la carte & catering. Relocation available for the right candidate.
