Director of Talent Acquisition

International food-service organization seeks acquisition professional to lead their recruitment efforts. The position is based in NYC and currently oversees 2 recruiters with a plan to add a third next year. The successful candidate will focus on branding the organization as an employer of choice and creating a positive candidate experience from both the corporate and operations sides. They will work closely with the field to define the successful employee and create a marketing plan to target that person. They will also be responsible for training the field in non-exempt recruitment. Some travel will be required, but the bulk of the time will be based in NYC creating a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
