A working exec chef/director of culinary is needed to create a new brand – a very high end, high ticket specialty kosher market . The market will focus on different types of prepared foods and will have a large eat in component. An Executive Chef/Director of Culinary is sought to oversee the creation and implementation of the menu and recipes for the store. This chef will have experience in high volume, a strong creative side and be an out of the box thinker.
