Assistant Property Manager – Northern NJ


Primary areas of responsibility include preparing, bidding, awarding and holding accountable all contracts and contractors, overseeing and managing all tenant deliveries ensuring all rules and regulations are followed, overseeing all construction on-site, preparing and managing facility budget, overseeing PM program, managing safety and risk management programs, and developing and maintaining strong positive relationships with all stakeholders. 

Prior  property or facility management experience in a shopping center, retail or hospitality environment is required as is high energy and enthusiasm, a can do spirit and a pro-active rather than re-active sense of urgency.
